Data Management
Reset information stored on your iPhone
Use PerkDay’s reset controls to clear preferences, saved identifiers, birthday information, hidden or claimed state, reminder metadata, cached deal information, and pending local queues. Deleting PerkDay also removes its local app container. Cancel any remaining notifications in iOS Settings if needed.
Change permissions
Location and notification permissions can be changed at any time in iOS Settings. You can use manual city or ZIP discovery instead of device location, or browse nationally without location.
CloudKit submissions and reports
A deal submission, evidence image, or report that reached CloudKit cannot necessarily be removed by resetting the app. Use the Support page with the approximate submission date, content type, and enough detail to identify the record. Do not send passwords, payment data, or unnecessary personal information.
Advertising choices and purchases
When available, advertising privacy choices can be reopened from PerkDay’s Privacy screen. “Remove Ads Forever” is managed by Apple; use Restore Purchases in PerkDay or Apple’s purchase support for transaction questions.
Request handling
Identity and record ownership may need to be verified before acting on a CloudKit-related request. PerkDay will respond according to applicable law and may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documented moderation decisions.
