PerkDay helps people discover restaurant promotions and understand timing, eligibility, preparation, and participation. Browsing and every functional feature are free. The only optional purchase removes advertising forever for the purchasing Apple account.

Promotion information can change

Restaurants control their promotions. Availability, participating locations, inventory, eligibility, redemption methods, and dates may change or differ by location. Verify material terms with the restaurant before traveling or making a purchase.

PerkDay works to provide trustworthy information and source links, but does not guarantee that a restaurant will honor any offer or that every displayed location participates.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or extract protected data.
• Do not use PerkDay to impersonate a restaurant or claim an unauthorized affiliation.

Third-party services

Restaurant sites and apps, Apple Maps, StoreKit, CloudKit, and advertising services are operated by third parties under their own terms. PerkDay is not responsible for third-party availability, transactions, directions, or content.

Independence and trademarks

PerkDay is an independent discovery service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with listed restaurants unless expressly stated. Restaurant names, marks, and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Rights holders can use the Artwork & Takedown page.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued to protect users, accuracy, security, or service reliability. These terms may be updated with a revised version and effective date.

Disclaimers and liability

PerkDay is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
